In case you missed it…..we updated our portfolio site (^_^)
January 26th, 2010Open Letter: Thank you for a wonderful 2009!
January 5th, 2010Dear Family and Friends,
A new year is here and 2009 is locked away in history. Because of you Exodus Photography better than previous years There were so many things that we accomplished in 2009 some include, opening our first office/gallery in the Macon Mall and being featured in the December 2009 issue of “Popular Photography”, a national photography magazine. We are truly humbled by the out pouring of blessings in 2009 but most of all we are humbled by you choosing Exodus Photography. You opened up your homes and shared your candid moments with us. You trusted us to get the job done and even allowed us to place you in funny poses and strange locations to pull together some amazing photographs. We love receiving every email from you even those late at night and very early in the morning. We even developed a close relationship with you on Facebook and even in person. We have watched many of you share your engagement, get married, and even your first child together through moments that we’ve captured which says a lot about your love for us. There have been many moments where we have laughed and cried behind the camera capturing those precious moments.
And for that we are humbled….. Thank you!
As we begin 2010 we pray this will be a wonderful and prosperous year for you and your family. We hope that you will begin steps to capture your dreams and your New Year’s resolution. If we can be of any service to you in photographing your wonderful moments or portraits in 2010 please do not hesitate to contact us. We hope that you will share with your family and friends about choosing Exodus Photography for their photography needs. If there is any way we can improve our service or products or if you just want to stop by the office or email us to say hi, please do so.
To our family we personally thank you for the support you have given us since starting Exodus Photography. From the times we shared our dream for starting Exodus Photography to helping us with the logistics and being the strong shoulders to lean on when we needed you. You have been a great team behind the scene to make Exodus Photography function like a well-oiled machine. Thank you so much for being there. We know that blessings will shower down on you for your continuous support.
Thanks again everyone and let’s make this year a great year to make history.
Love,

Blevens Family
December 31st, 2009We all know how difficult it is to get the adult children together for the holidays. Trust me, Teddy and I have yet to make it happen with our families. On December 26th while some were suffering from “It is” we were out photographing the exciting Blevens family. They all have their unique styles(which we absolutely loved). Kyle was super excited about his new ride and decided to take photos with it. Eric the social networking guru showed a few tats and explained the significance of 456. Gwen reminded us of her “Good” side. To be honest she did not have a bad side. Mom and Dad were fun and laid back. We truly enjoyed our last family to photograph in 2009. Here are a few images from the Blevens family shoot. Enjoy!!

Holiday Kisses!
December 21st, 2009There’s something about Christmas time that I absolutely love. Maybe it’s the fact that we get to connect those who are away from their families with portraits and Christmas cards. The Early family is from Baton Rouge and are huge New Orleans Saints fans. We loved how they incorporated their roots with the holidays with a beautiful Mardi Gras Christmas tree and a Saints Flag blowing in the wind. They were great sports to bare the cold temperature during their session. You all deserve to hear this from us….”Geaux Saints!! Here are a few images from their Christmas shoot. Enjoy!!!

David & Abby – Engagement Session
November 30th, 2009This engagement session took place at Dauset Trails in Jackson, GA. If you’re into nature, this is a great place to visit. They have so much love and concern for their family. I do not get emotional often during engagement sessions, but this time I did (shhhhh, no one knows). There were so many sentimental factors that went into this session. We’ll be happy to share them later. We are so excited about David and Abby’s wedding scheduled for June 5, 2010 at Jackson Presbyterian Church in Jackson, GA. Here are a few images from the session. Enjoy!

Baby K.J.
November 29th, 2009As you look through our blog you may notice that we have very few newborn baby boys. We were super happy to get a chance to photograph a newborn boy, K.J. He is such a handsome little guy. We are happy for Kelvin and Latasha on their first born and look forward to watching him grow. Here are a few images from the session.

Joshua & Jessica – Engagement Session
November 19th, 2009This couple was extremely fun to photograph. They wanted to do their engagement session in a less urban area, so we took them to Pineola Farms in Fort Valley, GA. We loved how they were not afraid to show us how much they were in love. They even showed us a few of their dance moves. Joshua and Jessica are great dancers bt the way. We are looking forward to capturing them on their wedding day March 27, 2010 at First Presbyterian Church in Macon, GA. Here are a few images from this fun engagement session. Enjoy!

Wonderful Surprise: Exodus Photography featured in Popular Photography Magazine
November 12th, 2009We’ve always wanted to have our work featured in a national magazine and today our dream came true! We were contacted by Popular Photography magazine to participate in their article on family photography and now the magazine is out. Check out your local book store for the December 2009 issue and you may see a familiar face, our very own daughter Trinity along with tips from Exodus Photography on family photography.
God is awesome.
